The catering trade is back in business,
fitness studios were allowed to open,
hairdressers cut hair again,
Hessen is slowly but surely approaching the easing of the corona measures
- but Hessen's brothels remain!

The Kassel judges rejected the urgent request of a brothel operator from Offenbach!
The closure was justified and proportionate in view of the “still fragile epidemiological events”
and the typically rapidly changing stay of people for brothels.

The applicant had to close its operations on March 18,
arguing that an absolute ban on operations was no longer justifiable.
She also presented a hygiene concept,
but that could not convince the judges.
