その翻訳を元の英文に脳内変換して推定した結果、元のMessage Logはこれだよね。

もしそうなら、このMessage Logで言ってる通りにしてAlways Disabled Plugins From...のチェックを外す。
それからもう一度Pluginをアタッチし直して、今度は[Allow This Time]か[Allow Always]を選択する。
